Merchant Dashboard
Everything the API exposes, point-and-click at
omniway.online/merchant โ for owners, accountants and support staff who will
never call an endpoint.
Signing in
Accounts are issued by the platform team at onboarding (email + password; passwords are changeable in the dashboard and must be 10+ characters). Sessions last 12 hours. There is no self-signup โ every merchant is KYC-verified first.
What's where
| Area | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Overview cards | USD / ZWG balances, paid count and volume over the last 30 days, pending count. |
| Payments | Every payment with status, amount, fee, code, your reference and narration. Filter by status. Download the CSV statement. |
| Payouts | Request a payout to your verified wallet; track requested โ submitted โ confirmed live; see failure reasons. |
| Ledger | The raw ledger lines โ every credit and debit with type, source and note. What you see is exactly what GET /v1/ledger returns. |
| API keys | Mint test and live keys (secret shown once), see last-used timestamps, revoke instantly. |
Test / live toggle
The mode pill in the top bar switches the entire dashboard between your live world and your sandbox โ gold = TEST, green = LIVE. The two never mix; numbers you see in TEST are your integration's simulated traffic.
Key management runbook
- Rotating a key โ mint the new key, deploy it, then revoke the old one. Revocation is immediate; in-flight requests with a revoked key get
401. - Suspected leak โ revoke first, mint after. Remember: payouts can only reach your verified wallet, so a leaked key cannot redirect funds โ but revoke anyway.
- Live keys require an extra confirmation when minted; treat the shown-once secret like a password.
For your accountant
The Download statement (CSV) button exports
date, entry_type, currency, amount, balance, source_type, source_id, note with a running balance
โ one file per mode, importable into any spreadsheet or accounting package. Statements are generated from the
same append-only ledger the platform reconciles against InnBucks nightly, so the numbers always tie out.
